Title of session:

How e-capable is your institution? Using a tool to help

Description:

Participants will be able to work with the the LOTS tool developed for the ITPNZ eCapability project. Individuals will use the indicators to scope an eCapability initiative or think about the effect of an existing initiative. After working individually, the group would then pick up on the broader indicators to discuss the issues in successfully completing their projects, considering such things as: critical success factors, spin-off value and problem solving of identified project difficulties. In collectively discussing management of these issues, participants will draw on the LOTS tool and their experiences.
