students from over 80 schools throughout New Zealand. The Observatory
developed the unit standards with the New Zealand Qualifications
Authority, and designed and built a teaching/learning platform.

New Zealand's National Observatory, the Carter Observatory, and
a senior lecturer at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. He developed
