How Otago Polytechnic is developing an intellectual property policy that supports the use and development of learning resources on the open internet.

Biography:

Leigh works in Educational Development for the Otago Polytechnic. He designs and develops educational media and maintains the Learn Online weblog and facilitates the Teach and Learn Online eGroup.
